Full Occupational Therapy Assessment

Children & Adolescents

Up to £450
(Plus travel expenses at 45p per mile beyond a 10-mile radius)

Includes:

• Home or school-based assessment
• Assessment of sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, visual perception, and self-care
• Pre-assessment screening and questionnaires
• Comprehensive written report with recommendations

EHCP reports can be provided on request.

Weekly block therapy sessions may be recommended and are charged separately. Assessment and Report writing time – Approximately 8–12 hours

£350–£450
(Plus travel expenses at 45p per mile beyond a 10-mile radius)

Includes:

• Home-based functional daily living assessment
• Sensory processing assessment
• Evidence-based written report with recommendations

Reports for PIP, DLA, ESA, or Universal Credit can be provided on request (additional fees may apply).

Weekly block therapy sessions may be recommended and are charged separately. Assessment and Report writing time – Approximately 6-10 hours

£80–£100 per hour
